Indication of Interest

This form allows you to put in a non-binding Indication of Interest to purchase common shares in BioSculpture Technology, Inc. when its Tier 2 Regulation A Offering is qualified by the S.E.C.  1,428,571 common shares with Par Value of $.001 are being offered for $3.50 per share.

After qualification, shares shall be sold only in even lots of 100 shares with an Offering Share Price of $3.50/share.   The minimum investment shall be for a minimum of 200 shares or $700.00 USD minimum.   

An investor may invest no more than 10% of the greater of his or her or together with a spouse annual income or net worth excluding the value of the person’s primary residence and any loans secured by the residence (up to the value of the residence).
